“The 2024 Arctic Partnership Week” collects only the minimum amount of personal information in accordance with Article 16 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and you may not agree to the collection of personal information other than the minimum information.
participants have the right to refuse to provide personal information in accordance with Article 15, 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and may be restricted from participating based on their refusal.

- Required information: email address (ID), password, name, affiliation, position, contact information

2) Purpose of collecting and using personal information
① “The 2024 Arctic Partnership Week” collects personal information for the following purposes in order to provide you with the most optimized and services.
- Name, ID, password: Identification, registration confirmation
- Email address, email receipt, and phone number: To secure smooth communication channels such as delivering notices, confirming your intentions, handling complaints, and informing you of new services or events.
- Other optional items: Data to provide personalized services
② However, we do not collect sensitive personal information (such as race and ethnicity, ideas and beliefs, origin and place of residence, political affiliation, criminal records, health status, and sexual life) that may violate your basic human rights.

3) Retention and use period of personal information
① Your personal information will be destroyed when the purpose of collecting or receiving the personal information is done as follows. However, if it is necessary to retain personal information for a certain period of time for reasons such as confirmation of transaction-related rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws such as the Commercial Act, it will be retained for a certain period of time.
